HR Intern

Key Responsibilities:-


A. Recruitment & hiring:
1. Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and internal references.
2. Screen resumes and schedule interviews with candidates and panel members.
3. Coordinate candidate assessments, tests, and interview follow-ups.
4. Maintain recruitment trackers and status reports.

B. Onboarding & induction:
1. Prepare onboarding documents (LOI, Offer Letter, NDA, etc.).
2. Coordinate joining formalities and ensure proper documentation.
3. Support in organizing induction sessions for new joiners.
4. Create/update employee files on KEKA (or other HRMS platforms).

C. HR operations & documentation:
1. Maintain and update employee records and databases.
2. Assist in preparing HR letters (experience, internship, salary slips, etc.).
3. Support attendance management, leave tracking, and policy communication.
4. Ensure compliance with company HR policies and statutory guidelines.

D. Employee engagement:
1. Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities.
2. Handle employee queries and escalate them when required.
3. Support HR team in resolving day-to-day employee concerns.

E. Performance & appraisal support:
1. Help collect performance data and maintain appraisal records.
2. Coordinate with team leads for performance documentation.

F. HR analytics & reporting:
1. Prepare basic MIS reports on recruitment, attendance, and employee status.

2. Assist in HR audits and monthly HR presentations.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews)
  • Coordinate with candidates and internal teams for interview management
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Assist in preparing HR documents, policies, and reports
  • Help organize employee engagement activities and events
Must Have
  • Bachelor’s/Master’s in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • Basic understanding of HR processes and recruitment lifecycle
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organized
  • Excellent written and spoken English
Nice to Have
  • Experience with HR tools or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
  • Knowledge of MS Excel and data management
  • Interest in talent acquisition and employee engagement
  • Strong coordination and people-handling skills
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
