Day-to-day Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns for defence, drone, and deep-tech verticals
- Manage branding, media relations, PR activities, and digital presence across platforms
- Coordinate with defence stakeholders, government agencies, and strategic partners
- Lead event marketing, exhibitions, defence expos, and industry outreach initiatives
- Create high-impact presentations, marketing collateral, case studies, and investor communication materials
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging defence technologies
- Drive lead generation, strategic partnerships, and business visibility initiatives
- Collaborate closely with product, operations, and leadership teams for mission-aligned communication
- Manage agency partners, creative vendors, and campaign execution timelines
- Ensure consistent brand positioning aligned with national security and indigenous innovation goals
Responsibilities

Must Have
- MBA / Degree in Marketing or related field
- 6–10 years of marketing experience
- Strong communication and stakeholder management
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments
- Understanding of defence, aerospace, or tech sectors
Nice to Have
- Experience in defence-tech or drone industry
- Knowledge of PR, digital marketing, and media
- Exposure to government relations and partnerships
- Strong industry network and event management experience
