Production Manager

Day-to-day Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning, scheduling, and monitoring production activities.

• Coordinate with design, engineering, procurement, and quality teams to ensure smooth production flow.

• Track raw material availability, inventory levels, and production timelines.

• Help in optimizing production processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

• Monitor manufacturing workflows and resolve operational issues.

• Support in vendor coordination, purchase follow-ups, and material tracking.

• Prepare production reports, process documentation, and progress updates.

• Ensure adherence to safety standards and quality guidelines on the production floor.

• Assist in workflow optimization, layout planning, and resource allocation.

• Work with quality assurance teams to identify defects and improve processes.

• Track daily production output and maintain records.

• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

• Other requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, or related fields.

• Understanding of manufacturing processes, production planning, and quality control.

• Familiarity with production planning tools and inventory management.

• Basic knowledge of CAD/CAM or ERP systems (preferred).

• Good analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple tasks.

• Interest in process optimization, lean manufacturing, and workflow improvement.
