Chief of Staff to CEO

We are hiring a Chief of Staff to CEO at IG Defence.

Not a “note-taking” role.

Not a “calendar management” role.

This is a war room role.

You will work directly with CEO —

in the middle of defence projects, government discussions, national security conversations, and high-stakes execution.

What you’ll actually do:

• Turn ideas into execution in hours, not weeks
• Drive critical projects across defence, autonomous systems, and strategic ops
• Sit in high-stakes meetings and ensure outcomes, not discussions
• Fix what’s broken. Push what’s slow. Build what doesn’t exist
• Act as a force multiplier for the CEO

What We are looking for:

• Extreme ownership mindset
• Calm in chaos, fast in execution
• Can handle pressure, ambiguity, and responsibility
• Not afraid to challenge, not afraid to act
• Wants to build something that actually matters for the nation
